Randolph Communications Applicant, Haley Langley Receives Award from Foundation for Rural Service

Asheboro, NC – The Foundation for Rural Service (FRS) announced that it has awarded over $1 million in scholarships since its inception; empowering rural students through the country to advance their communities with invaluable skill sets and experiences.
The FRS College Scholarship Program awards one-time scholarships to students from rural America for their first year of college, university or vocational-technical school. Each student is sponsored by an NTCA member Company. Randolph Communications applicant, Haley Langley was awarded the $2,500 FRS General Scholarship. Haley will graduate from Eastern Randolph High School and will be attending Campbell University.
